新时代法治教育人才培养的理论反思与体系构建 被引量:16

摘要 提高全民族法治素养,是推进全面依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的基石。其实现路径是有效开展法治教育。然而,我国虽已大规模实施了多年法治教育,却仍面临法治教育定位不清晰、内容不完整、方法单一、效果不佳等严峻的现实问题。从主体角度进行审视,其症结主要表现在教育力量过于分散、教育主体专业化程度不高与内生发展动力不足。而解决问题的根本则在于完整构建法治教育的理论体系,通过概念模块、工具模块、目的模块、价值模块等四个子系统的构建,厘清法治教育的性质、功能、目标、价值,并以此为认知连接点,构筑起法治教育人才共同体,培养出符合新时代要求的法治教育专门人才,促进法治教育效果的全面提升。 Improving the whole people's law-related literacy is the cornerstone of promoting the comprehensive rule of law and building a socialist country under the rule of law.Its implementation path is carrying out law-related education effectively.However,China still faces severe practical problems,such as unclear positioning,incomplete content,single method,poor effect and so on,although it has implemented law-related education for many years.From the perspective of subject,the crux is mainly reflected in the excessive dispersion of educational forces,the low degree of specialization of educational subjects and the lack of endogenous development power.The fundamental solution to the problems lies in the complete construction of the theoretical system of law-related education,which consisting of four subsystems:concept module,tool module,purpose module and value module.This system can help us to clarify the nature,function,goal and value of the law-related education.And it can also help us building a talent community of law-related education with the cognitive connection point.Both of them can promote the overall improvement of the effect of the law-related education.
