干眼症患者生存质量水平及其危险因素分析

Analysis of the living quality and its risk factors in patients with xerophthalmia

目的 探讨干眼症患者生存质量水平及其危险因素。方法 选取医院2019年3月—2021年5月就诊的106例干眼症患者为研究对象,于患者就诊时采用眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评估生存质量水平,询问并记录患者相关基线资料,比较不同基线资料干眼症患者的OSDI评分,经多元线性回归分析找出影响干眼症患者生存质量的危险因素。结果 106例干眼症患者OSDI评分42.35±3.57分。单因素分析显示,文化程度、合并糖尿病、睑板腺功能是影响干眼症患者OSDI评分的相关因素(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度高中及以下、合并糖尿病、睑板腺功能障碍是影响干眼症患者生存质量的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 干眼症患者的生存质量受文化程度、合并糖尿病、睑板腺功能因素的影响。

Objective To explore the living quality and its risk factors in patients with xerophthalmia.Methods To select 106 patients with xerophthalmia disease who visited the hospital from March 2019 to May 2021 as the study objects.The ocular surface disease index(OSDI) was used to evaluate the quality of life when the patients were treated.The relevant baseline data of the patients were asked and recorded to compare the OSDI score of xerophthalmia patients with dif ferent baseline data.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to fi nd out the risk factors af fecting the quality of life of patients with xerophthalmia.Results The OSDI score of 42.35±3.57 in 106 patients with xerophthalmia.Univariate analysis showed that the education level,diabetes and meibomian gland function were the related factors affecting the OSDI score of patients with xerophthalmia(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the education level of high school and below,combined diabetes,and meibomian gland dysfunction were the independent risk factors affecting the quality of life of patients with xerophthalmia(P<0.05).Conclusions The living quality of patients with xerophthalmia was affected by educational level,combined diabetes and meibomian gland function.
