多维度系统化宣教在重型鼾症患儿家属中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨多维度系统化健康宣教在重型鼾症患儿家属中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1—5月120例重型鼾症患儿家属作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规疾病健康宣教,观察组给予多维度系统化宣教,观察比较两组家属照护能力、疾病认知水平及照护负荷的变化。结果 实施多维度系统化宣教后,观察组照护能力评分高于对照组,疾病认知水平高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组照护负荷评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施多维度系统化宣教后,观察组照护负荷评分低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多维度系统化宣教能提高患儿家属照护能力及疾病认知水平,缓解照护者照护负荷。 Objective To explore the application effect of multi-dimensional systematic health education in family members of children patients with severe snoring.Methods To select 120 family members of children patients with severe snoring from January to May 2021 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine disease health education,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional systematic education in order to observe and compare the changes offamily members’ care ability,disease cognition and care load between the two groups.Results After the implementation of multi-dimensional systematic propaganda and education,the nursing ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the level of disease cognition was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the nursing load scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the implementation of multi-dimensional systematic propaganda and education,the was score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the multi-dimensional systematic propaganda and education can improve the care ability and disease cognition level of children’s family members,and relieve the nursing load of caregivers.
