序贯护理在二氧化碳点阵激光治疗小儿舌系带过短中的应用效果

Application effect of sequential nursing in carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment of children with ankyloglossia

目的 探讨序贯护理在二氧化碳点阵激光治疗小儿舌系带过短中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年3月—2020年4月在医院门诊采用二氧化碳点阵激光治疗舌系带过短的40例患儿作为研究对象,按照性别、年龄匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。两组均采用二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施序贯护理。随访1个月后比较两组患儿语音清晰度、并发症发生情况及家长满意程度。结果 观察组患儿经治疗及护理后语音清晰度优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿家长护理满意程度高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患儿并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 序贯护理应用于二氧化碳点阵激光治疗舌系带过短的患儿中,可恢复患儿语音功能,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意程度。

Objective To explore the application effect of sequential nursing in carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment of children with ankyloglossia.Methods A total of 40 children patients who were treated with carbon dioxide fractional laser in the outpatient department of the hospital with ankylogssia from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of gender and age matching,with 20 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given sequential nursing.After 1-month follow-up,the speech intelligibility,complications and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The speech intelligibility of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment and nursing(P<0.05).The parental nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant dif ference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of sequential nursing in carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment of children with ankyloglossia can restore the children’s voice function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
