关于不同错[牙合]类型患者侧貌评价的研究

Study on the evaluation of lateral profile in different malocclusion types

目的通过对不同种类错[牙合]畸形患者的剪影进行数值评定量表(NRS,numerical rating scale)评分,研究不同类型错[牙合]畸形患者对不同软组织侧貌评价的差异。方法选取2019年于玉蕙口腔医院正畸科和苏州大学附属口腔医院正畸科就诊的60例错[牙合]畸形患者,其中骨性Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类各20例,获取其右侧90°剪影照,将60例正畸患者进行随机编号,通过PowerPoint形式制作成60张幻灯片;选取30名评价者,骨性Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类各10名,给评价者放映幻灯片并按照NRS评分标准对60张剪影照进行评分,对不同人群的评分进行组间比较以及组内不同错[牙合]畸形的比较。结果给Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形患者的剪影打分比较,Ⅰ类错[牙合]畸形剪影得分最高;其中Ⅲ类患者打分,Ⅱ类得分高于Ⅲ类。男性患者打分分值由高到低依次为:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类;女性患者对Ⅰ类的打分明显高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ类,对Ⅱ类与Ⅲ类的打分无统计学差异。男女性患者打分比较,男性打分总体高于女性。结论不同错[牙合]畸形患者均偏好Ⅰ类面型,Ⅲ类和男性患者认为Ⅱ类面型较Ⅲ类美观。女性患者审美要求高于男性。

Objective To explore the difference of soft tissue profile evaluation in malocclusion patients through NRS score on silhouette of different kinds of malocclusion.Methods Sixty patients with malocclusion were selected from Orthodontics Department of Changshu Yuhui Dental Hospital and Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Soochow University in 2019,including 20 cases of skeletal ClassⅠ,ⅡandⅢrespectively.A total of 30 evaluators were selected with 10 patients of skeletal ClassⅠ,ⅡandⅢrespectively.The 60 orthodontic patients were randomly numbered,and the right 90°silhouettes on PowerPoint were rated by evaluators according to NRS scoring criteria.The scores of different groups were compared between groups and within groups.Results Comparing the silhouette scores by skeletal ClassⅠ,ⅡandⅢmalocclusion patients,the score of skeletal ClassⅠwas the highest.Rated by skeletal ClassⅢpatients,the score of ClassⅡpatients was higher than that of ClassⅢ.From high to low,scores rated by male patients were:skeletal ClassⅠ,ⅡandⅢ.Scores rated by female patients for ClassⅠwas significantly higher than those for ClassⅡandⅢ,and there was no statistical difference in the scores of ClassⅡandⅢ.Male patients gave higher scores than female.Conclusion Patients with different malocclusions prefer skeletal ClassⅠ,and skeletal ClassⅢpatients and male patients think that the lateral profile of skeletal ClassⅡis more beautiful than ClassⅢ.The aesthetic requirements of female patients are higher than those of male.
