中国正处于高速发展时期,时代越是向前,知识和人才的重要性就愈发突出,教育的地位和作用也愈发凸显。《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》印发三年以来整个粤港澳大湾区积极推进政策实施,在引进人才、加速人才落地方面不遗余力。这其中粤港澳高校联盟在教育领域为整个粤港澳大湾区的发展提供了更多的机遇。

A bay area is a cluster of ports and towns around the sea,a region consisting of a bay or a number of connected harbors and islands,and the resulting economic effect is called a“bay economy”.Bay Area economies are usually based on world-class ports and backed by a vast hinterland.From the emergence to the formation of a bay area,it goes through four stages:port economy,industrial economy,service economy and innovation economy,and these four stages are also the process of convergence of population,industry,trade,finance,information and other resources.
