摘要
皮质骨轨迹(CBT)螺钉内固定技术已广泛应用于临床中,该技术可以增加螺钉的拔出力及扭矩力,减少椎旁肌肉的剥离以及上关节突关节损伤的风险,然而该技术缺乏明确解剖标记点,徒手置钉难度大,并发症发生率高。导航技术具有高精准度、安全、微创、低辐射暴露等特点,可以改善徒手技术的缺点,但目前导航技术与CBT技术相结合的研究较少,本文就导航技术在CBT螺钉内固定中的应用进行综述,为以后的临床应用推广提供理论依据。
The cortical bone trajectory(CBT)screw fixation technique has been widely used in clinical practice,which can increase the pull-out force and torque force of screws,and reduce the risk of paraspinal muscle peeling and superior facet joint violation.However,this technique lacks clear anatomical markers,so it is difficult to implant screws by hand and the incidence of complications is high.Navigation technology has the characteristics of high accuracy,good safety,minimally invasiveness and low radiation exposure,which can improve the shortcomings of technology by hand.But at present,there are few studies on the combination of navigation technology and CBT technology.This paper summarizes the application of navigation technology in CBT screw internal fixation,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical application in the future.
