摘要
以道地产区及主产区收集的17份黄丝郁金种姜为材料,对其质量指标进行测定,通过偏相关分析、方差分析及聚类分析,确定种姜分级指标,结合生产实际,初步建立黄丝郁金种姜分级标准;并以不同等级种姜为处理进行田间验证试验,探究种姜等级与黄丝郁金生长、产量及质量的关系,以检验该种姜分级标准的科学性。结果表明,黄丝郁金种姜以种姜粗、种姜重、发芽率为主要分级指标划分三个等级:一级种姜种姜粗≥16 mm,种姜重≥10 g,发芽率≥99.00%,含水量≥70.00%,净度≥96.00%;二级种姜种姜粗≥12 mm,种姜重≥6 g,发芽率≥97.00%,含水量≥75.00%,净度≥96.00%;三级种姜种姜粗≥8 mm,种姜重≥3 g,发芽率≥94.00%,含水量≥75.00%,净度≥96.00%。不同等级种姜田间验证试验发现,随着黄丝郁金植株的生长,其株高、叶长之间差异越显著,表现为一级种姜>二级种姜>三级种姜>等外级种姜;一、二、三级种姜产出药材产量显著高于等外级种姜(p<0.05);一级种姜所产一等药材占比更高;一、二、三级种姜所产药材浸出物显著高于等外级种姜(p<0.05)。不同等级种姜在植株生长、药材产量及质量方面均存在差异,本研究建立的种姜分级标准科学可行。
In this paper,17 samples of Radix Curcumae longae ginger collected from local production areas and main production areas were used as materials to measure its quality indexes.The classification indexes of Radix C.longae ginger were determined by partial correlation analysis,variance analysis and cluster analysis.Combined with the production practice,the classification standard of Radix C.longae ginger was established.And,field validation experiments were carried out with different grades of ginger as treatment to explore the relationship between grades of ginger and growth,yield and quality of Radix C.longae ginger,so as to test the scientific classification standard of this kind of ginger.The results showed that the Radix C.longae ginger could be divided into three grades based on the main grading indexes of thickness,weight and germination rate.The grade I of Radix C.longae ginger had the characteristics of thickness≥16 mm,weight≥10 g,germination rate≥99.00%,water content≥70.00%and clarity≥96.00%respectively,while the gradeⅡof this ginger possessed the characteristics of thickness≥12 mm,weight≥6 g,germination rate≥97.00%,water content≥75.00%and clarity≥96.00%.Additionally,the gradeⅢof the ginger had the characteristics of thickness≥8 mm,weight≥3 g,germination rate≥94.00%,water content≥75.00%and clarity≥96.00%respectively.The field validation test of different grades of ginger showed that the difference between plant height and leaf length was more significant with the growth of the plants,showing the order of gradeⅠ>gradeⅡ>gradeⅢ>extra-grade.The medicinal material yield of the gradeⅠ,gradeⅡand gradeⅢof this ginger was significantly higher than that of the other grade ginger(p<0.05).The proportion of medicinal materials produced by grade I of ginger was higher,and the extract of medicinal materials from the gradeⅠ,gradeⅡand gradeⅢof ginger was significantly higher than that from the other grade ginger(p<0.05).There were differences in plant growth,medicinal material yield and quality among different grades of ginger.The classification standard of ginger was established in this study.
