CT和磁共振诊断中枢神经系统感染意义探讨

Significance of CT and MRI in diagnosis of central nervous system infection

目的:探讨计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)和磁共振()诊断中枢神经系统感染的意义。方法:选取2018年7月—2021年7月聊城市第三人民医院收治的90例中枢神经系统感染患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用CT诊断,观察组采用磁共振诊断,比对不同方案的诊断情况。结果:观察组疾病检出率为97.78%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在结核性脑膜炎、病毒性脑炎、化脓性脑膜炎、脑囊虫、隐球酵母脑膜炎中的检出率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中枢神经系统感染患者应用CT、磁共振诊断均具有一定的优势,其中C T的操作简单,费用低;磁共振诊断优势性更强,疾病检出率更高。

Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of CT and magnetic resonance imaging in central nervous system infection.Methods A total of 90 patients with central nervous system infection treated in Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from July 2018 to July 2021,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by CT.The observation group was diagnosed by MRI.The results of diagnosis of two protocols were compared with each other.Results The disease detection rate in the observation group was 97.78%,higher than 75.56%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of tuberculous meningitis,viral encephalitis,purulent meningitis,cysticercosis and cryptococcus meningitis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT and MRI have certain advantages in diagnosis of patients with central nervous system infection.CT is simple in operation and low in cost.Magnetic resonance diagnosis is more advantageous and disease detection rate is higher.
