低剂量阿司匹林在解冻移植周期中的应用

Application of low-dose aspirin in thawing transplantation cycle

目的:探讨低剂量阿司匹林在解冻移植周期中的应用价值。方法:选择生殖中心2018年1月—2020年1月收治的体外受精-卵胞质内单精子注射(IVF/ICSI)周期中行常规治疗的患者197例,根据就诊顺序编号单双数分为观察组(n=99)和对照组(n=98)。对照组在解冻胚胎移植周期中常规应用芬吗通红片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,在月经干净后行人工周期时加服阿司匹林。比较两组移植当日的子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜类型及子宫动脉血流阻力指数(RI)水平及妊娠结果。结果:观察组移植当日的子宫内膜厚度、A型子宫内膜占比、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率均高于对照组,子宫动脉血流阻力指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量阿司匹林可提高解冻移植周期中女性子宫内膜厚度,提高子宫血流灌注水平,提高A型子宫内膜占比,同时提高妊娠率。

Objective:To explore the application of low-dose aspirin in the thaw cycle of transplantation.Methods:All 197 patients who underwent conventional treatment during the in vitro fertilization-intracytoplasmic sperm injection(IVF/ICI)cycle admitted to the reproductive center of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,according to the patient's order number,According to the odd and even numbers,they were divided into observation group(n=99)and control group(n=98).The control group was routinely treated with Fenmatonghong tablets during the thawed embryo transfer cycle,and the observation group was given aspirin when the menstrual cycle was performed on the basis of the control group.The endometrial thickness,endometrial type,uterine artery blood flow resistance index(RI)level and pregnancy results were compared between the two groups on the day of transplantation.Results:The endometrial thickness,type A endometrial proportion,biochemical pregnancy rate,and clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group on the day of transplantation were higher than those of the control group,the vterine artery blood flow assist index was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose aspirin can increase the thickness of women's endometrium during the thawing transplantation cycle,increase the level of uterine blood perfusion,increase the proportion of type A endometrium,and increase the pregnancy rate.
