初产妇分娩准备体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on experience of childbirth preparation for primipara

目的:了解初产妇分娩准备过程的真实体验及其对分娩准备的需求,为制订针对性护理措施提供依据。方法:采用质性研究方法,对17例初产妇进行半结构式访谈,应用NVivo 12软件对资料进行分析。结果:初产妇分娩准备体验的5个主题为个人状态、行为方式、知识水平、应对能力及预期性支持。结论:初产妇在知识、心理方面准备欠佳,医务人员应加强孕期健康教育及指导,建立健全信息支持系统,为孕妇提供多样化的健康宣教服务。

Objective:To understand primipara real experience of the birth preparation process and the need for birth preparation,and provide the basis for the development of targeted nursing measures.Methods:Qualitative research was conducted.Seventeen primiparas were conducted semi-structured interviews.The information was analyzed by NVivo 12 software.Results:First-time mothers experience 5 themes of childbirth preparation:personal status,behavior style,knowledge level,coping ability and anticipatory support.Conclusion:The primiparas were not well prepared intellectually and mentally,medical personnel should strengthen health education and guidance during pregnancy,establish and improve the information support system,provide a variety of health education services for pregnant women.
