2种染色方法对高透氧化锆陶瓷半透明性的影响

摘要 目的评估浸泡染色和预着色2种染色方法对高透氧化锆陶瓷半透明性的影响。方法选用临床上常用的4种类型高透氧化锆瓷块,将白色瓷块ST、TT浸泡入Upcera专用染色液分别着色(浸染组,n=30),预成染色瓷块ST-ML和TT-ML为预染组(n=30)。2组均选用VITA经典比色板中的A2、B2、C2色,3种颜色饱和度相同,明度B2>A2>C2。按不同类型和不同颜色将试件分为3个亚组,每组5个试件。另选10个未染色白色瓷块,分为ST对照组(n=5)和TT对照组(n=5)。3组瓷块切削、终烧结、打磨、荡洗等工艺相同。采用ShadeEyeNCC电脑比色仪在标准黑白背景下测量色彩学特征参数(L*、a*、b*值),使用半透明参数(translucency parameter,TP)评估各试件的半透明性。结果染色高透氧化锆的TP值低于同类型的未染色高透氧化锆(P<0.05)。不同染色方法的高透氧化锆其TP值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同颜色的高透氧化锆其TP值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且浸染组和预染组的TP值由高到低均为B2>A2>C2;染色方法、类型及颜色对于高透氧化锆TP值的影响不存在交互作用。结论染色会降低高透氧化锆的半透明性,浸泡染色和预着色对其半透明性的影响无明显差别;不同颜色对高透氧化锆的半透明性有影响,随着颜色明度的降低,半透明性逐渐下降。 Objective To evaluate the effects of immersion dyeing and pre-dyeing on the translucency of high permeability zirconia ceramics.Methods Four kinds of high-translucent zirconia commonly used in clinical practice were selected in this study.The white ceramics ST and TT were immersed in special Upcera staining solution and dyed as the immersion group(n=30),and the pre-stained ceramics ST-ML and TT-ML were selected as the pre-staining group(n=30).A2,B2 and C2 colors in VITA classic color palette were used for both groups.The three colors had the same saturation(brightness B2>A2>C2).According to different types and colors,the specimens were divided into three subgroups,with 5 specimens in each group.In addition,10 undyed white ceramics were divided into ST control group(n=5)and TT control group(n=5).The three groups of zirconia underwent the same cutting,sintering,polishing,washing and other processes.The ShadeEye NCC colorimeter was used to measure the chromological characteristic parameters(L*,a*,b*values)under the standard black and white background.The translucency parameter(TP)was applied to evaluate the translucency of the materials.Results The TP of dyed high permeability zirconia was lower than that of undyed high permeability zirconia(P<0.05).Different dyeing methods had no significant effect on the TP of high permeability zirconia(P>0.05).However,the TP values of different colors of high permeability zirconia were significantly different(P<0.05).Moreover,the TP values of B2,A2 and C2 decreased successively in both immersion group and pre-staining group.There was no interaction between dyeing method,type and color on TP value of high permeability zirconia.Conclusion Dye staining can reduce the translucency of high permeability zirconia,but there is no significant difference between immersion dyeing and pre-dyeing.The translucency of high permeability zirconia is affected by different colors,and the translucency decreases gradually with the decreasing lightness.
