摘要
脂肪酸去饱和酶2(FADS2)基因编码δ6去饱和酶(D6D),是脂肪酸去饱和酶基因家族中的一员。D6D催化必需脂肪酸亚油酸和α-亚麻酸转化为长链多不饱和脂肪酸(LC-PUFA),是LC-PUFA生物合成途径的关键酶。LC-PUFAs在调节生物体的糖脂代谢方面发挥至关重要的作用。近年来,D6D活性及FADS2基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)也成为研究糖脂代谢的热点。本文就FADS2基因在糖脂代谢中的作用做一综述。
The fatty acid desaturase 2(FADS2)gene encodes delta-6 desaturase(D6D)and is a member of the fatty acid desaturase gene family.D6D is the key enzyme catalyzing the transformation of linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid to long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid(LC-PUFA).LC-PUFA play a crucial role in regulating the glycolipid metabolism of living organisms.In recent years,the activity of D6D and the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of FADS2 gene have become a hot topic in the research on glycolipid metabolism.This article reviews the role of FADS2 gene in glycolipid metabolism.
