脑血通1号对脑出血恢复期患者脑循环及神经功能康复的影响

Effect of Naoxuetong No.1 on the rehabilitation of cerebral circulation and nervous function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨脑血通1号对脑出血恢复期患者脑循环及神经功能康复的影响。方法:将96例脑出血恢复期患者随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组给以西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加中药脑血通1号治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及神经功能康复情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(95.83%vs 87.50%);观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组;观察组脑血管平均流速与脑血流量显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:脑血通1号能改善脑出血恢复期患者脑循环,促进神经功能的恢复,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Naoxuetong No.1 on the recovery of cerebral circulation and nerve function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Ninety-six patients with convalescent cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with routine Western medicine and the observation group was treated with Naoxuetong No.1.The clinical efficacy and neurological rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.83%vs 87.50%).The score of NIHSS was lower,and the score of SF-36 quality of life and the mean cerebrovascular velocity and cerebral blood flow were higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Naoxuetong No.1 can improve cerebral circulation and promote the recovery of nerve function in convalescent patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and has a significant clinical effect.
