射频消融术联合臭氧在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨射频消融术联合臭氧在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为射频消融术组(n=40,等离子射频消融术)和联合治疗组(n=40,等离子射频消融术+臭氧治疗),对比两组疗效、腰椎功能和疼痛改善情况,以及血清炎性因子水平。结果:联合治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于射频消融术组;两组治疗后各时间点日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores,JOA)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和IL-8水平均较治疗前改善,且术后各时间点联合治疗组JOA、VAS评分优于射频消融术组,IL-6、IL-8下降水平显著低于射频消融术组(均P<0.05)。结论:等离子射频消融术联合臭氧用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a radiofrequency ablation group(n=40,underwent plasma radiofrequency ablation)and a combined treatment group(n=40,underwent plasma radiofrequency ablation plus ozone).The curative effect,lumbar function,pain improvement and serum inflammatory factors levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate was significantly higher in the combined treatment group than the radiofrequency ablation group.The Japanese Orthopaedic Association score(JOA),visual analogue scale(VAS),the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and IL-8 in the two groups were all improved at various time points after treatment,and furthermore the improvement of JOA and VAS and the decrease of IL-6 and IL-8 levels were more significant in the combined treatment group than the radiofrequency ablation group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of radiofrequency ablation with ozone has significant effectiveness in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
