基于SEM的超低能耗建筑建设影响因素研究--以内蒙古西部草原民居为例

Study on Influence Factors of Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Building Construc-tion Based on SEM--An Example as Grassland Residential in Western Inner Mongolia

针对内蒙古西部建造超低能耗草原民居遇到的问题,通过大量文献研究并利用问卷星发放电子调查问卷,总结分析了三个方面15个影响建造内蒙古西部超低能耗草原民居的制约因素,分析各因素对建造内蒙古西部超低能耗草原民居的影响作用,提出理论假设,在此基础上运用结构方程模型(SEM)方法对以上理论假设进行分析检验。研究结果表明,影响建造内蒙古西部超低能耗草原民居的主要因素,按照重要性排列依次为政策、市场和技术,并提出实质性建议。

In view of the western construction of ultra-low power consumption grassland of Inner Mongolia res-idential problems,in this paper,through a large number of literature research and use the questionnaire distrib-uted star electronic questionnaire,summarizes three aspects are analyzed in 15 influence factors restricting the construction of ultra-low power consumption grassland residentials.The analysis of various factors on the con-struction effect of ultra-low power consumption grassland local-style residentials in western Inner Mongolia,which puts forward the theoretical assumptions on the basis of using SEM(structural equation model)method to analyze the above theory.The research results of this paper shows that the main factors affecting the construc-tion of ultra-low-energy grassland residential in western Inner Mongolia are policy,market and technology in order of importance and puts forward substantive proposals.
