摘要
民事执行是生效的民事判决、民事裁定、仲裁裁决、公证强制文书得以实现的根本保证,有效的民事执行关系到司法正义的最终实现,但是"执行难"问题在司法实践中并不少见,被执行人唯一住房的强制执行问题层出不穷。这些问题使执行陷入困境,亟待解决。
Civil execution is the fundamental guarantee for the realization of effective civil judgments, civil rulings, arbitral awards, and notarized compulsory documents. Effective civil execution is helpful to realize the judicial justice, however,the execution difficulty is a common problem in execution,and the only house of the person subject to enforcement is difficult to be enforced. These problems should be solved to realize the execution.
