浅析集群形态理论下的历史文化街区保护与更新

ANALYSIS OF THE RENEWAL AND RENOVATION OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL BLOCKS UNDER THE THEORY OF CLUSTER FORM

目前,我国处于城市更新的快速发展阶段,城市建设以空前的规模迅速展开,而历史文化街区是经过时间的过滤渐渐形成和保存下来的国家财富,它是整个城市多个时期的历史、社会、思想的集合。目前,历史文化街区的更新与保护处于关键阶段,同时一些问题也逐渐浮出水面。基于此,本文从集群形态理论的角度出发,面对历史文化街区保护与更新的各种问题,以整体性的思想对其进行规划,以城市的整体发展为目的进行思考和分析,不断寻求更为合理的设计方法。通过本文的研究,笔者希望为我国历史文化街区的保护与更新提供一个新的视角。

At present, China is in the stage of rapid development of urban renewal, and urban construction is carried out rapidly on an unprecedented scale. As the collection of history, society and thoughts of the whole city in multiple periods, historical and cultural blocks are the national wealth that gradually formed and preserved after time filtering. The renewal and protection of historical and cultural blocks are at a critical stage, and some problems are gradually emerging. Therefore, taking the various problems of protection and renewal, the overall idea of planning, and overall development of the city into account, reasonable design method is given from the perspective of cluster morphology theory. The results is helpful to provide a new perspective for the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks in China.
