摘要
面对更加理性的设计市场和需求群体,怎样创造出更加人性化的住宅产品,是建筑设计师应关注与思考的问题。基于此,本文以鸿升·壹号公馆项目为例,阐述了该项目的规划设计理念、规划设计原则与规划布局,力求设计出实用的、合理的、美观的优质住宅小区。
In order to satisfy the requirement of more rational design market and demand groups, architects should pay more attention to how to create more humanized residential products. Based on this reason, taking Hongsheng No.1 Hall project as an example, this paper discusses the planning and design concept, principles and layout of the project, so as to design a practical, reasonable, and beautiful high-quality residential area.
