高星级保障房项目中绿色雨水基础设施的应用

APPLICATION OF GREEN RAINWATER INFRASTRUCTURE IN HIGH STAR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT

保障性住房近十年来在我国得到了快速发展,而海绵城市建设在城市化发展中面临着巨大挑战。本文通过结合低影响开发理论及《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378—2019)中的相关评价指标,以某绿色三星保障性住房为例,探讨改善民生的保障性住房项目应如何合理选择绿色雨水基础设施。研究结果表明,设计人员应从项目实际情况出发,选择适宜的绿色雨水基础设施,尽可能保证住区的景观效果,从而贴合新版绿色建筑评价标准中海绵城市的指标要求,最终实现高星级绿色建筑的评价目标。

Affordable housing has developed rapidly in China in recent ten years, and the construction of sponge city is also a great challenge in the development of urbanization.Based on the theory of low-impact development and the relevant evaluation indexes in the Chinese code GB/T 50378-2019 green building evaluation standard, a green three-star affordable housing are chosen as an example to investigate the way of selecting green rainwater infrastructure to improve people’s living condition. The results show that designers should choose appropriate green rainwater infrastructure from the actual situation to ensure the landscape effect of the residential area as much as possible, so as to meet the index requirements of sponge city in the new version of green building evaluation standard, and ultimately to achieve the evaluation goal of high-star green building.
