从居住者需求角度来探析高品质住区设计

ANALYSIS OF HIGH-QUALITY SETTLEMENTS DESIGN FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF RESIDENTS’ DEMAND

随着国民经济水平的不断提升,居住者对居住环境的要求越来越高。住区除了满足居住者最基本的生理需求外,还要附加心理、尊重和社会属性等,以满足居住者更高的需求。而拥有这些附加属性的住区,我们称之为"高品质住区"。本文本着"以人为本"的原则,试图以"马斯洛需求层次理论"为基础,从居住者的需求角度,对住区交通脉络、归家动线、共享空间、步行和景观、科技与创新等方面进行研究和解析,提出相关"高品质"的标准与建议,希望为设计者提供更加清晰的高品质住区设计思路,做到设计与居住的完美契合。

The requirement of living environment become higher and higher with the development of national economic level. Apart from meeting the basic physiological needs of residents, psychological, respect and social attributes should also be considered. Residential areas with these additional attributes are called“high-quality settlements”.Based on the principle of“people-oriented”and“Maslow’s hierarchy of needs”,“high-quality”standards and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the residents’ demands, during which the residential traffic context, home routes, shared space, walking and landscape, science and technology and innovation are considered. The results could provide designers with high-quality residential design ideas and achieve the perfect fit of design and living.
