摘要
目前,物联网相关技术正处于蓬勃发展时期,智能技术、信息技术在工业中的应用越来越广泛,BIM技术使我国建筑行业呈现欣欣向荣的景象。文章首先阐述了国内外BIM技术的研究现状,其次分析了机电安装施工中存在的问题及主要原因,再次提出了BIM技术在机电安装工程施工中的应用方案,最后总结了BIM技术在机电安装工程施工中的应用价值。笔者研究发现,以BIM技术为依托,机电安装工程施工单位有望达到提高工程质量、节约成本、实现项目机电安装精细化管理的目标。
At present, internet of things technology is in a period vigorous development. Intelligent and information technology are more and more widely used in industry,in which BIM technology makes China’s construction industry show a thriving scene. Firstly, the research status of BIM technology at home and abroad is discussed;and then the problems and main reasons in the construction of electromechanical installation are analyzed, and the application scheme of BIM technology in the construction of electromechanical installation engineering is proposed again;Finally, the application value of BIM technology in the construction of electromechanical installation engineering is summarized. The results show that based on BIM technology,the construction unit is expected to achieve the goal of improving engineering quality, saving cost, and realizing fine management of electromechanical installation engineering.
