低成本正火态交货特厚EH36船板的研发

Research and development of low cost and normalized delivery heavy thickness EH36 ship plate

摘要 在当前降成本及绿色化生产的趋势下,开发了一种低成本正火态交货特厚EH36船用钢板。其采用C-Mn-Si-Nb-Ti成分体系,不添加V元素,为获得高强度及良好的低温韧性,研究了加热、轧制工艺对成品钢板组织性能的影响。结果表明:不添加V元素,正火钢板不具V(C,N)的析出强化作用,而通过延长铸坯加热时间和减小中间坯待温厚度,可显著改善轧后钢板组织形态,正火后钢板可获得细小的铁素体晶粒和弥散的珠光体组织,钢板各项性能优良。 Under the current trend of cost reduction and green production, a heavy thickness EH36 ship plate of normalized delivery was developed. Its chemical composition of C-Mn-Si-Nb-Ti system without adding V element was adopted. In order to obtain high strength and good low temperature toughness, the influence of heating and rolling processes on the microstructure and properties of the finished plate was studied. The results show that the normalized plate does not have the precipitation strengthening effect of V(C, N) without adding V element, but by extending the heating time of the slab and reducing the thickness of the intermediate slab, the microstructure of the plate after rolling can be significantly improved. The fine ferrite grains and dispersed pearlite structure can be obtained of the plate after normalizing, and its performance is excellent.
