摘要
盐酸再生系统是酸连轧工序的辅助系统,也是带钢生产过程中重要的环保系统。随着我国日益严格的污染物排放标准,现有的盐酸再生控制技术已经不能满足污染物超低排放要求。分析了奥地利Ruthner盐酸再生设备污染物排放不达标的原因是烟气排放温度高及氧化铁颗粒细小,通过优化一级文丘里预浓缩器、增加二级文丘里、设计冷却循环系统等方式,将烟气温度降低到50℃,烟气中HCl和Fe_(2)O_(3)的排放量均满足污染物排放浓度低于10 mg/m^(3)的"双十"标准。
Hydrochloric acid regeneration system is an auxiliary systems in pickling and tandem cold mill process. and it is an important environmental protection system in strip production process. With the pollutant emission standards in China become severe increasingly, the existing hydrochloric acid regeneration control technology no longer meet the requirements of ultra-low pollutant emission. In this paper, the causes of substandard pollutant discharge were analyzed in the acid regeneration plant which made by Ruthner Austria, which was high temperature of exhaust gas and much dust of ferric oxide. By optimizing primary venturi, adding secondary venturi, designing about cooling circulation system, etc., the exhaust gas temperature was reduced to 50 ℃. The emission of hydrogen chloride and ferric oxide in exhaust gas emission can be reduced to meet the double ten standards.
