职业教育质性研究的必然、实然与应然

摘要 在我国,教育质性研究已获得了长足发展。但是当下职业教育研究中,质性研究方法缺位严重。在必然、实然与应然的三重逻辑视角下,职业教育质性研究具有凸显人的主体性、关注底层边缘者、注重微观差异性的必然之义。然而,其实然样态表征为职业教育质性研究缺位严重,质量参差不齐等问题。为此,提出:树立求通思维,助推“理论自觉”、培养扎实学风,力避“花拳绣腿”、扎根当下生活,注重“回应现实”的提升路径,以实现其“应然”样态的形塑。 In China, the qualitative research of education has made great progress. However, there is still a lack of qualitative research in the current vocational education research. Under the triple logic of ought to be, to be, and must be, the qualitative research of vocational education has the inevitable meaning of highlighting people’s subjectivity, focusing on people at the bottom of society, and paying attention to the micro differences. But, in reality, there are serious problems such as lack of qualitative research and uneven quality in vocational education. Therefore, the following solutions have been put forward: promoting “theoretical awareness”, cultivating a solid style of study, avoiding formalism, and focusing on the improvement path of “responding to reality”, so as to realize its “must be” shape.
