面向知识生产模式转型的本科层次职业教育定位与发展方略 被引量:4

摘要 本科层次职业教育是构建现代职业教育体系,畅通技术技能人才成长道路的关键一环。站在“十四五”起点上,如何推动本科层次职业教育试点工作的开展,是值得关注与探究的。知识生产模式至今已经经历从知识生产模式Ⅰ、知识生产模式Ⅱ到知识生产模式Ⅲ的转型,呈现出多主体、异质性、利益平衡等特征,影响着高校的办学、人才培养和科学研究的定位。从知识生产模式转型的视角出发,本科层次职业教育应以服务社会发展需要为导向,通过政校行企等多方主体跨界融合,加强技术创业,致力于培养高度复合的技术技能人才,实现从“象牙塔”迈入“市场的后院”。为达到上述目标,本科层次职业教育需将外部产业发展的逻辑和内部知识生产的逻辑相结合,加强“超学科”建设,培养“复合型”教师,构建以知识治理为关键的产教融合体制,持续推动工作过程导向的课程改革。 Undergraduate vocational education is a key link to build a modern vocational education system and smooth the growth path of technical talents. Standing at the starting point of the 14 th Five Year Plan, how to promote the pilot work of undergraduate vocational education is worthy of attention and exploration. The knowledge production mode has gone through the transformation from Mode Ⅰ to Mode Ⅱ and to Mode Ⅲ, showing the characteristics of multiagent, heterogeneity, and balance of interests and influencing the orientation of university in school-running, talent training and scientific research. From the perspective of the transformation of knowledge production mode, undergraduate vocational education should be oriented to the service for social development, and strive to cultivate highly complex technical talents through the cross-border integration of government, school, industry and other subjects. In order to achieve the above goals, the undergraduate vocational education needs to combine the logic of industrial development with the logic of knowledge production, which can help to strengthen the construction of trans-discipline, cultivate inter-disciplinary teachers, build the industry-education integration system with knowledge governance as the core, and continuously promote the curriculum reform oriented by working process.
