摘要
“双师型”教师是职业教育高质量发展的重要资源,其实践教学能力包括实践教学认知能力、实践教学基本能力、实践教学关键能力、实践教学发展能力。利益相关者视角下,“双师型”教师实践教学能力的发展因核心利益相关者诉求未满、重要利益相关者博弈不均、边缘利益相关者共享网络搭建不完善而陷入自我主体失真、企业权责履行失实、政府职能匹配失位的困境。鉴于此,提出要满足核心利益诉求以促进教师的自我发展,寻找校企利益均衡点以实现校企共赢博弈,完善利益共享网络以构建良序发展的利益共享互动格局,共同促进“双师型”教师实践教学能力提升。
“Double-qualified” teachers are an important resource for the high-quality development of vocational education. Their practical teaching abilities include cognitive ability of practical teaching, basic ability of practical teaching, key ability of practical teaching, and development ability of practical teaching. From the perspective of stakeholders, the development of the practical teaching ability of “dual-teacher” teachers has fallen into the distortion of the self-subject, negligent in the performance of rights and liabilities of companies, and mismatching of the government functions due to the unsatisfied demands of core stakeholders, the uneven game of important stakeholders, and the imperfect construction of the shared network of marginal stakeholders. It is proposed to satisfy the core demands to promote the self-development of teachers, to find the balance point of school and enterprise’s interests to realize the non-zero-sum game between them, improve the benefit-sharing network to build a well-ordered development interaction pattern that can share benefits, and jointly improve the practical teaching ability of “double-qualified” teachers.
