从目前的技术成熟度看,通过道德编码,将AI变为“有道德”的AI,还有很长的路要走。因此,为了防范AI道德伦理风险,在目前阶段仍主要依靠制度规范、行业自律和自我约束。这需要政府机构、司法部门、学术机构、行业组织、AI公司一起共同努力。

With the development of artificial intelligence,how to correctly handle the ethical relationship between intelligent robots and humans,and prevent artificial intelligence from infringing,harming and alienating humans,is becoming an important scientific and technological ethical issue.The author Yao Qian pointed out that in terms of the current technological maturity,there is still a long way to go in transforming AI into"ethical"AI through ethical coding.Therefore,at current stage we are still mainly relying on institutional norms,industry discipline and self-discipline to prevent AI moral and ethical risks.This requires the joint efforts of government agencies,judicial departments,academic institutions,industry organizations,and AI companies.
