摘要
大学生发展党员工作是高校党的建设的一项基础工程,共青团是党的青年工作的重要力量。从“党建带团建”的视角出发,构建一套富有科学性和可行性的大学生党员质量保障体系,对提升大学生党员队伍素质,培育新时代中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人具有重大而深远的意义。
The development of university student Party members is a basic project of the Party construction in universities,and the Communist Youth League is an important force in the Party′s youth work.It is of great and far-reaching significance to construct a set of scientific and feasible quality assurance system for university student Party members from the perspective of"Party Construction Leading League Construction",to improve the quality of university student Party members,and to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
