功能主义视角下福州中央法务区发展模式分析——以台江北江滨CBD为例

An Analysis of the Development Mode of Fuzhou Central Legal District from the Perspective of Functionalism——Taking Taijiang District North Riverside CBD as an Example

以功能主义为理论基础进行分析,台江北江滨CBD中央法务区在政治功能、经济功能和文化功能上具有自身特色,可以以法律服务为核心要素,构建“核心产业+关联产业+配套产业”的全产业链生态系统。通过借鉴成都、广州和上海等地发展中央法务区的有益经验,台江北江滨CBD可以以面向服务地方经济功能、面向城市景观改造功能和面向人才培养功能为基础,打造一个“立足福建、辐射东部、影响全国”的具有福建特色的中央法务区。

Based on functionalism,this article analyses that Taijiang District North Riverside CBD has its own characteristics in terms of economic,political and cultural functions,and can build a whole industry chain ecosystem of“core industry+related industry+supporting industry”with legal services as the coreclement.By learning from the beneficial experience of developing the central legal district in Chengdu,Guangzhou and Shanghai,Taijiang District North Riverside CBD can build a central legal district grounded on Fujian and affects the eastern rejion and China based on serving local economy function,urban landscape transformation function,and talent training function with local characteristics.
