教育信息化背景下,转变教师角色不仅有助于适应信息化的教学变革,指导学生学习,还有利于落实信息化时代立德树人根本任务,培育学生成人成才。当前教师教学中面临着诸多挑战,即教师信息素养有待提升、学习环境多元化发展、课堂师生关系发生改变等。这就需要对教师角色进行重塑,不断提升教师信息素养,满足信息化课堂教学要求;变革传统教学方法,成为学生学习的组织者与引导者;开展教学实践,成为教育教学的研究者与终身学习者;给予学生人文关怀,凸显教师“育人”角色。

Under the background of education informatization,the changing role of teachers will not only help to adapt to the teaching reform of informatization,guide students to learn but also help implement the fundamental task of cultivating students of good ethics in the information age and nurturing them to flourish.Teachers are currently facing many challenges in teaching,namely,the insufficient information literacy of teachers,the diversified development of the teaching environment,and changes in the teacher-student relationship in the classroom.This requires reshaping the role of teachers,continuously improving teachers'information literacy,meeting the requirements of informalized classroom teaching,reforming traditional teaching methods,becoming the organizer and guide of student learning,carrying out teaching practices,and becoming a researcher and lifelong education and teaching researcher.Teachers should also give students loving care to highlight the role of teachers in educating students.
