摘要
针对电机加速工况下电磁噪声,以一台10极60槽新能源汽车驱动用永磁同步电机作为研究对象,使用Mawell建立电机二维仿真模型,确定了该电机引起电磁噪声的主要力波阶次为0阶次。对电机在加速工况下的噪声辐射进行仿真计算,得到加速工况下噪声colormap图,确定了该电机在60阶次会产生较大的噪声,并通过实验验证了仿真的准确性。对径向电磁力进行二维傅里叶分解,确定了60阶次噪声是由0阶电磁力波12f倍频引起,随后对转子铁心进行结构优化,削弱了该频段径向电磁力的幅值,使得电机噪声得到了改善。
Aiming at the electromagnetic noise under motor acceleration conditions,a 10-pole 60-slot PMSM for driving a new energy vehicle was used as the research object.Mawell was used to establish a two-dimensional simulation model of the motor,and the main force wave order of the electromagnetic noise caused by the motor was determined.The order was 0 order.The noise radiation of the motor under acceleration conditions was simulated and calculated,and the noise colormap under acceleration conditions was obtained.It is determined that the motor will produce larger noise at the 60th order,and the accuracy of the simulation was verified through experiments.A two-dimensional Fourier decomposition of the radial electromagnetic force was carried out,and it was determined that the 60th-order noise was caused by the 12f frequency multiplication of the 0-order electromagnetic force wave.Then the rotor core was optimized to weaken the amplitude of the radial electromagnetic force in this frequency band,the motor noise has been improved.
