摘要
高转速下,牵引电机气动噪声对电机整体噪声水平有重要影响。在电机设计阶段,缺乏有效手段预测电机的气动噪声水平,本文通过数值仿真方法对比分析了某型牵引电机在3种不同转速下的气动噪声大小,同时采用试验方法进行验证,最后得到满足对标要求的仿真计算路线,作为后期进行气动噪声预测的计算手段。
At high speed,the aerodynamic noise of traction motor has an important influence on the overall noise level of motor.In the motor design stage,there was no effective method to predict the aerodynamic noiselevel of the motor.In order to predictthe aerodynamic noise,a traction motor at three different speeds was analyzed by numerical simulation method.At the same time,the test method was used to verify.Finally,the simulation calculation route meeting the benchmarking requirements was obtained,which was used as the calculation method of wind noise prediction in the later stage.
