摘要 本文提出了一种基于直流母线电流,逆变器开关控制信号和三相电流之间关系的单电流传感器的永磁同步电机三相电流重构技术。使用标准的空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)进行相电流重构会产生一些死区,在这些死区内有效电压矢量的持续时间短于电流采集所需的最短时间,因此无法通过测量直流母线电流重构三相电流。为了解决这个问题,对现有的SVPWM控制策略进行了调整,可靠地重构了三相电流。对比实验结果验证了所提出的单电阻电流采样技术的可靠性和有效性。 This paper proposed a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)three-phase current reconstruction technology with a single current sensor based on the relationship between the DC bus current,the inverter switching control signal and the three-phase current.The standard space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)for phase current reconstruction includes some dead zones.So the three-phase current can’t be constructed by only measuring DC bus current due to the duration of the effective voltage vector was shorter than the shortest time required for current acquisition during these dead zones.In order to solve this problem,the existing SVPWM control strategy was adjusted to reliably reconstruct the three-phase current.The comparative experimental results have verified the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed single-resistor current sampling technology.
