人免疫球蛋白治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的效果及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究人免疫球蛋白治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的效果及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选取郑州大学附属儿童医院2019年1月至2021年1月收治的92例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予人免疫球蛋白治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清LAC、PCT、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人免疫球蛋白治疗新生儿肺炎患儿的效果显著,能够快速改善症状,降低炎症因子水平,改善患儿的免疫功能,且治疗安全性好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of human immunoglobulin in the treatment of children with neonatal pneumonia and its influence on T lymphocyte subsets.Methods A total of 92 children with neonatal pneumonia treated in children's hospital affiliated of Zhengzhou university from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with human immunoglobulin on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum LAC,PCT and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Human immunoglobulin in the treatment of children with neonatal pneumonia has a significant effect,it can quickly improve symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the immune function of children,and has good treatment safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
