苯巴比妥联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究苯巴比妥联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的100例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿作为研究对象,遵循数字随机法将其分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=50)。对照组给予苯巴比妥治疗,研究组给予苯巴比妥联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、蓝光照射时间、黄疸消退时间、住院时间、血清胆红素、经皮胆红素、CRP、CK-MB、α-GST水平及免疫功能指标(IgA、IgM、IgG、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,蓝光照射时间、黄疸消退时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清胆红素、经皮胆红素、CRP、CK-MB、α-GST水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IgA、IgM、IgG水平及CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苯巴比妥联合布拉氏酵母菌散可提升新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗总有效率,降低不良反应发生率,对促进疾病康复有显著效果。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of phenobarbital combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 100 children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)according to the digital random method.The control group was treated with phenobarbital,and the study group was treated with phenobarbital combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,blue light irradiation time,jaundice regression time,hospital stay,serum bilirubin,transoutaneous bilirubin,CRP,CK-MB,α-GST levels and immune function indexes(IgA,IgM,IgG,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,and the blue light irradiation time,jaundice regression time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum bilirubin,transoutaneous bilirubin,CRP,CK-MB andα-GST in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the IgA,IgM,IgG levels,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phenobarbital combined with Saccharomyces boulardii sachets can improve the total effective rate of treatment in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have a significant effect on promoting disease rehabilitation.
