真武汤合血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the adjuvant treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的探讨真武汤合血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月我院收治的60例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组均给予标准化西医内科方案治疗,观察组在此基础上给予真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的中医证候积分、心肌重构指标、血管内皮功能和生活质量。结果治疗前,两组的主症、次症积分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的主症、次症积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的PWT、LAP及TGF-β_(1)水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的PWT、LAP均降低,TGF-β_(1)水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的ET-1、CysC水平及EMPs无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的ET-1、CysC水平及EMPs均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的生活质量评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真武汤合血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗冠心病心力衰竭可有效改善中医证候积分、心肌重构指标及血管内皮功能,提高患者生活质量,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the adjuvant treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with standardized internal medicine scheme of western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Zhenwu decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on this basis.The TCM syndrome score,myocardial remodeling indexes,vascular endothelial function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the main symptom and secondary symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the main symptom and secondary symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the PWT,LAP and TGF-β_(1) level between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PWT,LAP of the two groups decreased,the TGF-β_(1) level increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the ET-1,CysC levels and EMPs between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the ET-1,CysC levels and EMPs of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the adjuvant treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure can effectively ameliorate the TCM syndrome score,myocardial remodeling indexes and vascular endothelial function,and improve the quality of life of patients,which has a remarkable clinical application value.
