围手术期舒适护理在糖尿病性视网膜病变玻璃体切除术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of perioperative comfort nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy undergoing vitrectomy

目的观察围手术期舒适护理在糖尿病性视网膜病变玻璃体切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2021年1月我院收治的90例糖尿病性视网膜病变玻璃体切除术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组开展围手术期常规护理,试验组开展围手术期舒适护理。比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、血糖指标及并发症发生情况。结果试验组的手术时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白均较护理前显著降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病性视网膜病变玻璃体切除术患者中开展围手术期舒适护理,可缩短患者的手术时间及住院时间,稳定其血糖指标,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the application effect of perioperative comfort nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy undergoing vitrectomy.Methods Ninety patients with diabetic retinopathy underwent vitrectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group carried out perioperative routine nursing,and the experimental group carried out perioperative comfort nursing.The operation time,hospital stay,blood glucose indexes and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comfort nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy undergoing vitrectomy can shorten the operation time and hospital stay,stabilize the blood glucose indexes and reduce the complications.
