优质手术室护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术中的应用效果及对患者护理满意度的影响

Application effect of high quality nursing in operating room on laparoscopic radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer and its influence on nursing satisfaction of patients

目的探究优质手术室护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术中的应用效果及对患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至12月于本院进行腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术的236例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组118例。对照组开展常规术中配合,研究组开展优质手术室护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果术中、手术结束时,研究组的体温高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3 d,研究组的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质手术室护理应用于腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术患者中的效果显著,能够提高护理满意度,减少术后并发症,促进康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in operating room on laparoscopic radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer and its influence on nursing satisfaction of patients.Methods A total of 236 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number method,with 118 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine intraoperative cooperation,and the study group carried out high quality nursing in operating room.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results During operation and the end of the operation,the body temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative exhaust time,feeding time,ambulation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group on 1 and 3 d after operation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing in operating room applied in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer has a significant effect,which can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce postoperative complications and promote rehabilitation.
