基于5E康复理念的奥塔戈运动计划对髋关节置换术后患者运动功能、自我管理水平、不良事件发生情况的影响

Effects of Otago exercise plan based on 5E rehabilitation concept on motor function,self-management level and occurrence of adverse events in patients after hip replacement

目的探讨基于5E康复理念的奥塔戈运动计划对髋关节置换术后患者运动功能、自我管理水平、不良事件发生情况的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2020年11月收治的146例髋关节置换术患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(73例,常规康复护理)和观察组(73例,常规康复护理+基于5E康复理念的奥塔戈运动计划)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的TM、TAT、tPAIC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Harris髋关节功能、FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Barthel、GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率为2.74%,低于对照组的12.33%(P<0.05)。结论在髋关节置换术后患者中采用基于5E康复理念的奥塔戈运动计划有助于改善其凝血纤溶功能,促进髋关节功能、运动功能、自我管理水平、生活质量的提高,也能降低不良事件发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of Otago exercise plan based on 5E rehabilitation concept on motor function,self-management level and occurrence of adverse events in patients after hip replacement.Methods A total of 146 patients with hip replacement treated from November 2017 to November 2020 were selected and divided into control group(73 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(73 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing+Otago exercise plan based on 5E rehabilitation concept)by random number table method.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the levels of TM,TAT and tPAIC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,Harris hip function and FMA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel and GQOLI-74 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.74%,which was lower than 12.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Otago exercise plan based on 5E rehabilitation concept applied in the patients after hip replacement can help improve their coagulation and fibrinolysis function,promote the improvement of hip function,motor function,self-management level and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
