After accomplishing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,we have embarked on a new journey toward fully building itself into a modern socialist country. The building of a modern socialist country in all respects originates from the profound unity of theoretical logic,historical logic and value logic and its scientific connotation and important characteristics cover seven important contents. It is of great significance in realizing the Two Centenary Goals and the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation as scheduled,promoting common prosperity for everyone and all-round social progress,fulfilling the original aspiration and the mission of Chinese Communists,providing Chinese solutions for the modernization of the developing countries and promoting the World Socialist Movement from low tide to rejuvenation. Its implementation path is shown as follows: taking high-quality development and quality of life as the main theme of the present era,fully implementing the new development philosophy as a guiding principle,accelerating the building of a new development pattern as a basic path,comprehensively deepening of reform and opening up as a strong driving force,enhancing the effectiveness of national governance as a key point,making solid progress in achieving common prosperity as a way forward and strengthening Party leadership as a fundamental guarantee.
