摘要 北京市城区内建设的5座污泥处置中心已陆续全部投入使用,沼气产量稳步提升,急需扩大沼气利用规模,充分发挥沼气能源价值。通过分析污泥产气率、产气量等,确定沼气利用规模;探讨多种沼气利用形式,确定采用沼气发电的方式。根据发电机对燃气特性的要求和气源性质,确定生物脱硫+一级增压+干式脱硫+二级增压+除硅氧烷的沼气处理工艺路线。 Five sludge disposal centers have been put into use in Beijing urban area*biogas production increased steadily,it is urgent to expand the scale of biogas utilization and give play to the energy value of biogas.In this paper,the utilization scale of biogas was determined by analyzing the sludge gas production rate and gas production.This paper discusses various utilization forms of biogas and determines the way of using biogas to generate electricity.The biogas treatment process route of biological desulfurization-first stage pressurization-dry desulfurization-second stage pres-surization-siloxane removal was determined according to the requirements of generator for gas characteristics and gas source properties.
