商业住宅综合体中的超高层住宅群给排水设计 被引量:5

摘要 商业住宅综合体的系统有多种方式,但超高层住宅群的特殊性其系统选用需要考虑经济性,管理方便以及对居住环境的影响,以某个商业住宅综合体为例通过对比给排水各系统确定方案。消防系统采用临时高压系统,主要对比了消防转输水箱设置的不同位置对系统和环境的影响;给水系统主要结合当地自来水公司要求对比了重力及变频加压系统,通过对比最终确认本超高层住宅群选用的消防及生活给水系统。排水系统考虑卫生和噪音选用污废分流排水系统。 There are many ways of the system of the commercial residential complex, but the particularity of the super high-rise residential complex needs to consider the economy, the convenience of management and the impact on the living environment. Taking a commercial residential complex as an example: The fire control system uses a temporary high pressure system, which mainly compares the impact of the different locations of the fire transfer tanks on the system and the environment;the water supply system mainly combines the requirements of the local water supply company to compare the gravity and frequency conversion pressure systems, through the comparison, the fire control and domestic water supply system of this super high-rise residential complex is confirmed. Sewer systems consider sanitation and noise by using a separate sewer system.
