六类水灭火系统的质量验收判定标准中资料验收的分歧问题探讨

摘要 对比五类水灭火系统(消火栓、自动喷水、水喷雾、细水雾、射流)和以水为灭火剂主要成分的泡沫灭火系统的质量验收判定标准,发现资料验收环节判定标准有较大出入,彼此之间逻辑性不够清晰,互为借鉴意义低于行业一般规范,分歧问题主要表现为部分系统中核心评价内容缺失、部分系统的评价内容之间层次不清、梯度不足。为提升规范验收评价体系的科学性和严谨性,通过内部对比和外部与建筑防排烟和自动报警这两大类常见消防系统验收标准予以对比分析,对这六类水灭火系统的资料验收标准提出了修改建议。主要修改建议为:调整原有体系中层次不清晰的部分,将核心内容定为A级,体现等级差距,拉开评价梯度;新增消防产品准入资料及合法性资料进入A级,补充一般性过程质量管理记录等资料进入C级。 Comparing the five types of water fire extinguishing systems(hydrant,automatic spray,water spray,water mist,jet)and the quality acceptance criteria of foam extinguishing system with water as the main component of fire extinguishing system,it is found that the criteria for acceptance documents are quite different from each other,and their logicality is not clear enough.The significance of mutual reference is lower than the general norms of the industry.The divergence problem is mainly manifested in the lack of core evaluation contents in some systems,unclear levels and insufficient gradients among evaluation contents in some systems.In order to improve the scientificity and preciseness of the standard acceptance evaluation system,through the internal comparison and the comparative analysis of the two common fire protection system acceptance standards of building smoke control and automatic alarm,the modification suggestions for the ac-ceptance documents standards of these six types of water fire extinguishing systems are put forward.The main suggestions for modification are:adjust the parts with unclear levels in the original system,set the core content as grade A,reflect the grade gap,and increase the evaluation gra-dient;The access documents and legitimacy documents of new fire products shall enter level a,and the supplementary documents such as general process quality management records shall enter level C.
