一种基于单D轴电流调节器的PMSM在方波下的控制策略 被引量:7

摘要 永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)由于其多方面的优点,在轨道交通领域得到越来越多的重视。轨道交通领域的牵引电机在高速区通常会进入方波工况。针对永磁电机在方波工况下电机电压完全失去调节能力的问题,提出一种基于单d轴电流调节器调节q轴电压的控制策略(single D-axis current regulator-variable Q-axis voltage,SDCR-VQ),该方法可适用于任意形式的永磁电机在全弱磁区域内的控制。通过建立该方法的小信号模型,对其稳定性以及动态性能进行分析。基于该方法,针对永磁电机在运行中电机参数会发生变化的问题,对电机参数不准的影响进行分析,并提出一种多参数在线补偿策略。最后通过仿真和实验验证了所提方波下控制策略以及参数补偿策略的有效性。 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has received more and more attention in the field of rail transportation due to its many advantages. PMSM usually enters the square wave condition at high speed range. In order to solve the problem that the motor voltage could not be completely adjusted under square wave condition, a control strategy based on a single d-axis current regulator to adjust the q-axis voltage(SDCR-VQ) was proposed. This method could be applied to the control of any form of permanent magnet motor in the full field weakening area. By establishing a small signal model of this method, its stability and dynamic performance were analyzed. Based on this method, aiming at the problem that the motor parameters of the permanent magnet motor may change during operation, the influence of the inaccurate motor parameters was analyzed and a multi-parameter online compensation strategy was proposed.Finally, simulations and experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy and parameter compensation method under square wave condition.
