应力波与振动检测轴承故障效果对比分析研究

Comparative analysis and research between stress wave signals and vibration signals for bearing fault diagnosis effect

摘要 针对使用振动信号与应力波信号对列车轴承故障诊断的效果进行对比分析研究。在高铁列车轴承试验台上安装故障轴承,同步采集应力波和振动信号,然后对两种信号源的数据进行分析,进而探究最佳轴承故障诊断信号源。结果表明,使用两种信号源数据分析轴承(轻微)故障无明显差别,对于轴承故障识别均具有相当的有效性。 The effect of train bearing fault diagnosis through stress wave signals and vibration signals are analyzed and compared. A faulty bearing is installed on the high-speed train bearing test bench,and the stress wave signals and vibration signals are collected synchronously. Then the data of the two signal sources are analyzed to explore the best signal source for bearing fault diagnosis. The results show that there is no significant difference between the data from two signal sources on the analysis of minor faults,and they are both effective for bearing fault identification.
