摘要
研究了水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾项目运行过程中,将入厂垃圾挤压产生的渗滤液喷入预分解窑系统进行无害化处理。本文系统地分析计算了不同季节渗滤液不同喷入量时增加的热耗和烟气产生量,计算得出在夏季渗滤液处理量达到最高1.5 t/h时,每小时需要多增加115.14 kg原煤消耗,吨熟料原煤消耗增加量为0.476 kg/t,系统拉风量需要增加6759.58 m^(3)/h;同时探究渗滤液由不同喷入点喷入时对预分解窑系统的影响,通过跟踪研究国内和集团内渗滤液喷入点概括出七个喷入点,其中由窑头罩顶端靠近三次风管位置喷入和由窑头罩对着三次风管方向喷入两个喷入点对预分解窑系统产生的影响最小且可控。
During the operation of the cement kiln collaborative disposal of domestic waste project,our company sprayed leachate produced by squeezing the incoming garbage into the precalciner system for harmless treatment.This paper systematically analyzed and calculated the heat consumption and flue gas production increased by different leachate injection quantities in different seasons.It was calculated that when the leachate treatment capacity reached the highest 1.5 t/h in summer,115.14 kg raw coal consumption per hour needed to be increased,the increase of raw coal consumption per unit clinker was 0.476 kg/t,and the system draught volume needed to be increased by 6759.58 m^(3)/h.At the same time,the influence of leachate injection from different injection points on the re-decomposition kiln system was explored.Through tracking and studying the leachate injection points in China and the group,seven injection points were summarized.The top of kiln hood near the tertiary air duct and the kiln hood facing the tertiary air duct had the least and controllable influence on the re-decomposition kiln system.
