Realistic Plight and Implementation Strategy of National Comprehensive Archives’ Participating in Think Tank Construction Under the Background of Knowledge Economy

知识经济时代,国家综合档案馆参与智库建设有着天然的优势和应尽的责任。然而当前我国国家综合档案馆面临着馆藏资源缺乏针对性、组织服务与智库建设需求不匹配、外部竞争太激烈的现实困境,急需加快智能化进程,积极进行机构的整合与优化、人员结构的重构、智库服务的再设计,为中国特色社会主义的发展服务。

In the era of knowledge economy, the national comprehensive archives has natural advantages and responsibilities to participate in the construction of think tanks. However, at present, the national comprehensive archives of China is faced with the realistic plight of lack of pertinence in collected resources, mismatch between organization service and think tank construction demand and fierce external competition. It is urgent to speed up the digitization process, integrate and optimize institutions,reconstruct personnel structure, redesign think tank service to serve the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
