摘要
基于管理生态学视角,对高校干部人事档案管理工作进行生态学解析,研究其与组织、人事等相关工作的协同共生机制,建立相互依存、相互作用、自我调节、共生与发展的干部人事档案管理生态体系,并从内部组织、外部管理以及宏观、微观生态环境角度分析高校干部人事档案管理工作中存在的问题,进行对策研究,从而更好地为组织、人事部门以及全校教职工提供服务和信息支持,实现服务学校和师生的初衷。
From the perspective of management ecology, this paper makes an ecological analysis of the management of cadres’ personnel archives in colleges and universities, studies the collaborative symbiosis mechanism with organization, personnel and other related work, and establishes an interdependent, interactive, self-regulated, symbiotic and developed cadres’ personnel archives management ecosystem. From the perspective of internal organization, external management and macro and micro ecological environment, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of personnel archives of university cadres and studies the countermeasures so as to better provide service and information support for the organization, personnel department and the whole faculty and to realize the original intention of serving the school, teachers and students.
