为保障干部人事档案信息的审核要点准确,政历类材料在干部人事档案中是重要类别之一,其中的干部任免审批表是信息核对、干部选拔任用、人才评鉴的重要依据,"三龄两历一身份"(干部出生时间、参加工作时间、入党时间、学历、工作简历、干部身份)的判定是干部任免审批表的关键要点。从政历类关键材料的整理入手,着重介绍关键要点的判定流程和政历类材料审核,为档案整理和专审工作提供一定的参考。
